By accessing or using Tizzy ("the Service"), operated at www.tizzy.tech and app.tizzy.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tizzy is a connector that enables users to access their Google Ads and Meta Ads data through Claude AI using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service facilitates data retrieval from third-party advertising platforms and passes that data to AI assistants on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Third-Party Accounts

The Service requires you to connect third-party advertising platform accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads). By connecting these accounts, you represent that you have the authority to grant Tizzy access to the data in those accounts. You may revoke access at any time through your Tizzy dashboard or through the third-party platform's settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to violate any third-party advertising platform's terms of service

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your ad platform data will be transmitted to Claude AI in response to your queries. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with any applicable data protection regulations.

7. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data retrieved from third-party advertising platforms or responses generated by Claude AI.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tizzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
